Training

AL Systems provides comprehensive training for operators as well as supervisory, IT, and maintenance personnel, whereby the project Software Lead and Project Manager will walk through the entire operation and provide hands-on training before and during production. 

AL Systems follows a “Train the Trainer” approach to training, where supervisory, operations, maintenance, and IT personnel are trained in the complete operation of our solutions, and also given the tools to be able to provide training to their staff. Our training for IT and maintenance personnel is spread over multiple days and during testing/commissioning to review system operations, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and review of reference materials provided. Operator training is provided once the system is stable and ready for beneficial use, but prior to Go Live.

Web-based training is also available with our Project Team to help you maximize the Management and Reporting capabilities of our solutions.
