Koh’s Renews Multi-Year Agreement for 24 x 7 x 365 Maintenance Services

Rockaway, NJ – October 1, 2006 -- AL Systems, Inc., the leading supplier of software solutions for improving distribution, announces that retail client, Kohl's Corporation (NYSE: KSS) has signed a multi-year agreement for maintenance and support, confirming the trust and reliance Kohl’s has in AL Systems’ technology and people. The multi-year contract with AL Systems provides service and maintenance, at a fixed cost amount, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (7x24x365). The agreement covers hardware and software, including on-site repairs, predictive maintenance, normal use parts, and emergency repair.
