Merlin van Gelderen, with Deep Industry Project Management Experience, Joins AL Systems as Account Manager

Rockaway, NJ – July 11, 2005 - AL Systems, Inc., a provider of integrated solutions that improve the flow of merchandise through distribution centers, announced today that Merlin van Gelderen, with over 14 years of industry project management and engineering experience, has joined AL Systems as Account Manager.

Mr. van Gelderen joins AL Systems from Pacific Integrated Handling, the western states master dealer integrator of White Systems ASRS (a division of FKI Logistex), where he was the Systems Engineering Manager responsible for designing and implementing pick-to-light and conveyor systems. Before that, Merlin was a Project Manager at W&H Systems for nearly 10 years, providing clients with integrated distribution, conveyor sortation and software systems. Mr. van Gelderen is skilled and experienced at providing clients with technology to improve the flow of distribution for clients and has already worked with many of AL’s clients, including The Men’s Wearhouse, Grocery Gateway, Gymboree and Mervyns.
