Jim Iversen – Chairman of the Board
Prior to joining AL Systems Board of Directors, Jim has served in senior executive positions for supply chain and direct to consumer companies, including the Jennings Company, Symorex, W&H Systems, Mincron, and most recently, Horizon Foods. In each assignment, he set the strategic direction and molded the organization and its culture to achieve the enterprise goals. He believes that clear direction, accountability, and controls are essential to business success. Jim derives a tremendous amount of satisfaction by helping companies and their employees achieve new levels of growth and success.

Jim has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as post graduate work at New York University in Systems Analysis and Investment Banking. He has served on the Board of Directors of several companies and is an active member of Young President’s Organization. Jim resides in Lloyd Harbor, NY, with his wife and three children.

Wendy Berger – President
Wendy is responsible for setting the strategic direction for AL Systems and leading the executive team thorough its execution. Wendy brings an entrepreneurial approach to organizational development and is a skilled team builder with a strong technical background and senior experience in strategy, sales, supply chain, operations, and finance.

Wendy holds a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.

Kimberly Kaiser - Controller
Kimberly oversees AL Systems’ finance, administration, and human resources departments. Prior to joining AL Systems, Kimberly worked for high-tech venture capital-backed startups in the San Francisco Bay area. Kimberly was the Accounting Manager for Coremetrics, a provider of hosted web analytics, and before that was the Controller for FastParts.com, a B2B trading exchange.

Dofin Mathew – Director of Software Development
Dofin is accountable for development resources and production schedules, ensuring that software-development projects are delivered on time. Dofin has a great capacity for managing complexity while simultaneously maintaining perspective on the big picture.Dofin believes that a satisfied customer is the foundation of a successful enterprise and is committed to going the extra mile to ensure that clients are delighted with the results of AL Systems’ distribution solutions. Dofin started his career at the Indian Space Research Organization. He joined AL Systems in 1998 from Baysoft Inc., a California-based high technology firm in Bangalore, India. Dofin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Annamalai University.

Dofin lives in Washington, NJ with his wife and three children.

Gary Clemens – Director of Product Management
Gary Clemens is responsible for developing the full-featured suite of DynaPro products using the latest proven technologies. Since joining AL Systems in 1997, Gary has consistently delivered the best solution experience to AL Systems’ clients and is always eager to bring new innovations to the Company’s product line. Prior to joining AL Systems, Gary worked for AT&T in the Business accounts division in Herndon, VA and was involved in the migration and deployment of a new solutions platform.

Gary received a BA in Computer Information Systems from Trenton State College.  Gary now resides in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey with his wife and three children.
