Dofin was promoted to Director of Software Development at AL Systems in 2007, and given accountability for development resources and production schedules, ensuring that software-development projects are delivered on time. Dofin has a great capacity for managing complexity while simultaneously maintaining perspective on the big picture.

Dofin believes that a satisfied customer is the foundation of a successful enterprise and is committed to going the extra mile to ensure that clients are delighted with the results of AL Systems’ distribution solutions.

Dofin started his career at ISRO -- Indian Space Research Organization. He joined AL Systems in 1998 from Baysoft Inc., a California-based high technology firm in Bangalore, India.  Dofin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Annamalai University.

Dofin lives in Washington, NJ with his wife and three children.
