Customer Service Technician - Seeking a talented individual to join our growing, high-energy Customer Support team.   The Customer Service Technician is responsible for receiving Customer phone and e-mail help requests during Customer use of AL Systems installed solutions. The Technician prioritizes incoming support requests, resolving or escalating issues depending on the need, and takes care to log all assistance requests into the AL Systems Support System with notes and information related to the issue. The Customer Service Techician utilizes the Company's Support System to research and/or troubleshoot issues, and follows up with Customers to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.  Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Production Manager - Seeking an individual who wants to be part of a growing, high-energy team.   We are seeking a manager who can lead a small team of technicians while rolling up his or her sleeves to help get the work done.

The Production Manager is responsible for assembling, configuring, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining innovative technology solutions, and leading others performing similar functions. The systems include LED Display Modules and their wiring, UNIX & MS Windows servers and workstations as well as peripheral devices such as barcode scanners, small parcel scales, PLC’s, report and barcode printers.
